Why Team Build
The cost of building safe, affordable homes has risen significantly due to increased prices for materials, land, and labor. The Corporate Team Build initiative helps offset these costs while offering companies a unique way to foster teamwork and give back to the local community.
What to Expect
- Half-day build (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Thursday or Friday)
- Hands-on construction activities led by experienced staff
- No experience needed – training, tools, and materials provided
- Connect with future homeowners and make a meaningful impact

Investment
A $4,500 tax-deductible donation supports Beaches Habitat's mission and secures a build day for up to 15 volunteers (larger groups available with custom options).
Availability
Scheduling is available on Thursdays and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, up to three months in advance. Secure your preferred date early!
